Walls Break Down When We Deal With Conflict On a Personal Level (Video)Video / Produced by partner of TOW
Alan Turanski, President of GloryBee, accepts that conflicts arise in workplace relationships. These tensions give us opportunities to learn from others and grow ourselves.
In relationships there’s conflict. I think that’s something that we’ve wrestled with, and we have to continue to wrestle with. There may be conflict and yet, is the purpose to be right? Or is it to learn from others and to be in relationships with others?
There will be tension. And yet I think when you deal with things on the personal level with people, a lot of those walls break down. And it’s not just a one-way street. A lot of my walls break down too.
